HELL DAY AT SPAR MEGA CITY

First day of the New Year at Spar Mega City was hell.

Hello Peter today my sister and I drove to Spar to buy few things that my Son wanted. As we enter Spar our first stop was picking a holler whoops as my son wanted we then proceed to to Toys and him and my sister pocked 2 Chololates that were displayed and advertised 2 for R30.. he gladly asked for and i agreed. The whole shopping was done. We went to the pay point where i was attended by Cashier Majola who ranged my things and then politely told that The chocolate is NOT on Sale. To my shock I rep**** that no its displayed as a special.. she then called a lady who standing and doing nothing on the other side.. The look oh this laidy face was shocking.. then the cashier explained and asked wat she must do. Label controller what what was soo mad and she started telling her side of the story and that me and my sister were lying bcoz she removed all discount tags, we tried to explain and asked her to authorised a discount as it was carelessness as we continue with the conversation a customer behind me confirmed seeing the same discount.. maCwele who was a packer said she will go and confirm .. while the whole scene has caught everyone in the Store because Monica voice was rude and shouting at also forcing us to understand and listen to her . Then all 3 left to confirm few minutes she was back hiding the tags she took then my sister comes back with a big smile and says you won't bealive they've been moved...as she continues shouting at us then i realised she went and removed the tag and told they are not there. I asked for a Manager the I was told All the mangers had gone home. Ive never been so embarrassed in shopping experience as I did today. As argument went on I asked her to lower her voice and authorise for discount and she kept talking non stop.. All my Retail life as a Manager myself if one of staff treated a customer like that i would take serious action. That women needs training and proper assessment or Spar at Mega City will loose Sales with such people in a workplace.
