HEARTLESS SPAR HOBART

<p>I was turned away from Spar Hobart Centre as I had my TINY SLEEPING jack russell puppy in my arms. Leave it outside, I was told. HUH? She is a new puppy! But snot-nosed children, wailing, screaming, bumping into me, prodding ALL of the fruits and vegetables are okay?! I wish children (and some adults!) were banned from places as much as puppies/ dogs. They are almost ALWAYS FAR worse behaved than ANY dog! </p>
