Health inspectors are required

Just come from Spar Sonstraal Heights. Luckily, I make a small hole in the product I'm about to purchase to check, because this is the 10th time I've had this issue with this particular Spar. The manager took the chicken, walked to the shelf and took two packages off to check. I could see that the other packages were bad, too. When I asked him why he'd left the other packages there, his reply was that they looked fine. My god, I could see they weren't. I advised him that he was cross-contaminating other food by leaving it there. His reply was that he knew what he was doing. then piled every package marked 'special' into his arms.
