He need training on how to work with people

I went to Spar Belairs a few weeks ago and I didn't even finish my shopping there because the manager I think hi name is Peter. This guy was shouting at his workers the ladies by the bakery side, it was like he is shouting at his dogs. He needs to be taught on how to treat his employees, u don't shout at them like that, call them to your office and close the door then talk to her as she is also human just like you. he even threatened to fire them in front of people. this is so pathetic and disgusting to see from spar.
