Harrassed and Humiliated

Good Afternoon<br> I have never been so humiliated in my life. On Friday 26 February 2016 at about 18:50, I went to Duzi Spar in Pietermaritzburg. When I got to the till and was taking out my purse to pay, a security lady approached me while I was just getting ready to pay, she asked to search my bag, I was so shocked, I asked why would she want to search me while I was still at the till and haven't even paid yet, she said it's because the securities in their shop do not stand by the door so she went ahead and searched my bag right there in front of other customers that were in the queue. I felt so humiliated but only got angry later when I was driving home. I went back to the shop on Sunday 28 February to report the matter to the Manager and was promised that the Manager will call me back. On Monday 29 February, I logged a complaint with Spar Customer service and was promised by Ms Luyanda Dlamini to be contacted within 7 days, up until now no one has contacted me. Nonkululeko.<br>
