Harrasment on their employees

<p>Hi</p> <p>Spar at megacity has abuse lot of people with an unfair dismissal to their employees my aunt was working at Spar Mega city Umlazi durban she was dismissed on the 29 March 2017 without following the procedure and investigation when I call them they refused to give me the contract of my aunt and explaination of whats happened the HR told me that he cant tell me because im not the one who was dismissed I did explain to him several times that my aunt dont understand the english so he dont want listen that why im sayin Spar they abuse their employees even at ccma they told us that there are many cases open for this spar for the unfair dismissal this spar must be closed on that area if they dont want to change as we are writing a letter requesting the 3rd degree to do a documentary with this spar.</p>
