Harassment from staff member

I had the worst ever experience and treatment from a sraff member by the name of Claudia Spar Tops Bel Air (Northridin, Johannesburg). She harassed my friends and I and was very rude. The security guard at the door, after we had walked into the store (we were already quite far from the door) he asks us to leave our trolley at the door, a trolley from stuff we purchased at their Superspar might I add. After fetching another Caucasian ladies plastic fr her (because she was also stopped quite far from the door), I left our trolley where we were and continued walking (because he saw his mistake with the other lady and he walked to her to get her platic, I figured he would do the same with us). Except he expected us to walk back to the door to put leave our trolley at the door. Upon returning from the fridge and walking to the tills. The Caucasian woman starts shouting at us talking about how we expect the security to take our stuff when he did the same with her. As I was responding to this woman, this staff member Claudia tells me to calm down. Without even askinh what is happening or why this lady is just shouting at swearing at us, she tells us to calm down. So I respond to Claudia by asking why she would tell me "calm down" when she clearly saw this woman shouting and swearing at us out of nowhere.

This staff member then continued to swear at us and tell us that we are causing havoc when we were the ones being sworn at. She even proceeded to say, she will listen to the caucasian customer first before listening to us. I am appalled at this treatment and behaviour from this staff member who clearly saw us being attacked and blatantly decided to protect the other customer.
