Harassment from Spar Tops security guard

Spar Security physically pushed me out of the store stopping me from entering the store because I was with my 5year old neice whom I could not leave alone in the car as it is an unsafe society we live in. Now his motivation was that children are not allowed into the store and I said to him to my understanding children are not permitted to purchase alcohol, worse part I was literally going into the store to get cash-back.

I then requested to see the manager and the security told me that is not going to happen. I then left and went to Spar supermarket and requested to see the store manager, He came to me, I explained to him what I had experienced at the Tops store and he was very non-chalant about the fact that I had just been man handled by his security at the tops store and he just said go to that till they will withdraw for you.

It was extremely distrurbing for me that I can be man handled by a security guard and the manager does not feel the need to address it with the culprit, furthemore, I would like to know if Spar is promoting that we leave our children in cars alone when we want to go into their liqour stores. to my knowledge and understanding alcohol is not for sale to persons under the age of 18 I dont believe that give ground to say a 5 year old child, supervised by a parent now has grounds to deny entry into the store of the adult traveling with the child. I would like to request that Spar shares with me a policy that inhibits paediatrics from entering their premises when traveling with parents furthermore then denying the parents entry into their store

2ndly I would like Tops at Spar Ulundi and Superstar to address the harassment I received from their security guard at Spar.
