Hamlet Spar, worst retail experience!

Hamlet spar is situated in the small town of Prince Alfred Hamlet, it's always dirty in there, there is expired items on the shelf some of the food items are even growing mold, the staff are very friendly and embarrassed when one shows the bad items, HOWEVER, the management don't care they are very rude when I complained and showed the items they ignored me, how this place operates on such poor quality I don't know, but I do know I will never advise anyone to go there to do shopping?
