Half Hearted

I ordered a cake on Thursday and collected on Saturday Morning. They took it to the car for me and as i put my car into drive the entire thing collapsed over. How can you not splint a two tier top heavy cake?!?!?!? I knew i could at least fix the icing when i got home so i left it. When i got home i put the top tier back on and surprise the entire bottom Tier fell in. I had the car ice cold and so was the place in the house where i put it to fix so it could not have melted from the heat. After hearing the amazing stories about your bakery I've never been more disappointed. We tried to call yesterday a few times could not get through and today im told there's no one there i can talk to. Worst of all was the disappointment on my mothers face when she saw the cake i had made for her Birthday collapse before her.
