Had a pricing problem again

The owner did contact me and explained what the problem was and that it would be sorted out. That day I had a pricing issue again so contacted the owner. He said he would sort it out but I've decided to not buy there again as I'm not going around in circles. The system gets blamed and then the managers on the floor.
