Guards inside the shop

Twice I have been harassed by the at the abovementioned store branch. First he forcefully took grocery from me by assuming that I don't have evidence of purchase. I produced it after that debacle. Today on the 17th February, he (the guard) was trying to force me to take a damaged packet of matches of which I refused and he followed me to the till where he vowed to beat me up for not taking the damaged packet. The till operator /floor manager had to intervene. I've been buying in this shop I don't know since when without hassle, but now.... To rub salt in there's a certain group which when I observe does not endure such treatment by guards in that shop. I'm disappointed and angry to be treated in such a manner.
