Grumpy employee at Spar Umkomaas

I've visited Spar at Umkomaas several times and I've noticed one particular employee named Pretty. with horrific customer service. She does not greet and when I greeted her last week Sunday ( 07/10/2018)s he just ignored me and continued to scan my grocery. I was shocked and when I handed the money to her, it fell over the counter and she just lost it and started shouting that I'm disrespecting her just because she is a cashier. And is worth nothing. I went to Spar Umkomaas again this morning and to my surprise, she was still grumpy at me. She continued to chat with her colleagues while scanning my items and did not say a word nor smile to me. Highly disappointing
