Gross Incompetence and Poor Customer Service

I went to buy a pack of smokes at Tops @ Mnandi Spar, I was served over the kiosk by Peter who is also a supervisor. I asked for Pall Mall Red and he said its out of stock, I then asked for Blue, he said it was also out of stock as well. As I was asking for the third alternative which is Camel Blue, he just left me standing. I called him to please come back to serve me but he continue he's way out to the back door which leads him out side to smoke. I then reported to the manager, who was also useless because he just told me to go buy in store. They have a tendency to treat customers as if they are beggars.
