Green fly with eggs in my Cheese Russian

I bought 4 cheese Russian yesterday at Spar Savemor Goodwood I ate 2 and gave 1 to my 10 year old son the last one I warmed up and cut open in half to put on my sandwich so I saw this black thing inside. When I looked closer it's a green fly embedded in the Russian and eggs. I'm was so sick I threw up I can't even eat I'm so disgusted how can you sell this , what is your health and hygiene protocols this green flies carries a lot germs me and my son can get food poisoning. I went to the shop with my slip and the Russian with the fly in the manager Mr Monya asked if he can give me other Russian how in the hell can you even ask that how? He couldn't give me the owners number I left my contact details and email no one even called me back which means this is not serious to them the manager said there has been other cases also with hair in the meat this place is clearly totally unhygienic no one can eat there u can end up in hospital and they are so cheap everyone buys there. I need to be contacted urgently. This is unacceptable.
