Great Service - Spar Palm Court Shopping Centre

My partner and I frequent our local Spar in the Palm Court Shopping Centre, Weltevreden Park. During one of our trips to the store, we ordered the pizza that is available at the entrance of the shop, freshly produced and perfected in a wood oven. On this particular evening, a lady by the name of Fatima served us. I cannot commend her enough on her professionalism and attentiveness to detail. The take away food section was quite busy but she held everything together, that with the aid of another gentleman staff member. This, even after an incident in which another customer who had perceived his order to be incorrectly processed, became obviously agitated. Fatima simply remained calm and explained the situation to the customer. Once the misunderstanding had been explained to the customer and he understood, he was happy with his order. Once the pizza that my partner and I had purchased was ready, Fatima opened the boxes to show us and ensure that it was all was order, as well as satisfactory in its presentation. I haven’t experienced this kind of service in a very long time. Fatima and the many staff who work at this Spar are well appreciated, thank-you for the excellent service!
