Great service from Simone at Superspar Vangate

I purchased tickets for the Stormers VS Bulls rugby match that took place at 15:30 on Saturday, 06 May 2023. On the day of the match I popped in at the Superspar in Vangate around 12pm to pick up the tickets. A lady named Simone assisted me. She told me that they have been having trouble with printing tickets on the Ticketpros system. She tried several times to print my tickets, however she kept on receiving a technical error message.

After a hour or so had passed and while still waiting for Simone to try various attempts to print my tickets, I called the Spar in the area I live (Parow Valley) and asked them to try to print the tickets for me using my reference number but they flat out refused to do it without me being physically at the store. I was disappointed, considering that there was less than 2 hours left before the start of the match.

Simone proceeded to call the Ticketpros call centre as well as send whatapp messages to a contact from "Blu Approved" to find out what could be done to get my tickets printed. She stayed on the line with Ticketpros until they were able to send me a pdf of my tickets via email. She then printed out my tickets in store.

Needless to say we made it to the match, even though we missed the first 10 minutes.

I believe Simone went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She really tried every avenue to have my issue resolved. I commend her for the excellent customer service she provided me.
