I just want to say thank you to Andreas at Karaglen Spar for his good customer service.

I bought a Spar Brand 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ML bottle as our old one was nearing empty. This morning as I tried to open the bottle with only my hands, the neck of the glass bottle literally broke off as the seal/cap did not come off.

I took the bottle to Andreas at Karaglen, at first he seemed a bit skeptical about my story, but I understand it sounds unlikely. Nonetheless, Andreas exchanged it for me for a new one.

Thank you for giving me the benefit of the doubt as this really happened.

Great service from the staff and the shop where I will continue to buy ALL my monthly groceries.
