Great service and professional

I called customer service informing them of Maggi noodles that I bought and were dirty inside. The gentleman( Joshua Ndlovu) on phone was so kind asked to send an email, it was almost 17:00 hour he indicated I would probably get feedback the next day. To my surprise I got the response few minutes later. Next day got a call from the branch informing me to come get my money back.

I did not have a receipt anymore thus i called customer service.
