Thank to the Spa head office for the professionalism and care with which they handled my complain about one of the managers at Spa Athol square sandton. I am happy to say that we managed to set out differences aside and am back at Spa having a great shopping experience again without fear of being violated. Thank you to Neck as well who humbly apologizing and really making sure that that we resolve this unfortunate incident. Thank you Spa
