Good customer service at Queens Corner Spar

II live close to Queens Corner SPAR in Queenswood. I recently bought a packet of coconut treats which to my dismay were mouldy. After we returned to the store the manager personally apologised and exchanged the product after which they went through all the other products on the shelf to ensure that they were fresh.
