Goldman spar selling refurbished goods

After spending R75.00 on a box of mini magnums it is very frustrating to open the box to melted and refrozen withered away ice-creams. I am well aware of the power outages at the Goldman Spar but don’t be so lousy to make your customers fit the cost by still keeping products that should be taken off the counter or out of the freezer. I will be escalating this to the merchant as well.
