Ghandi Square bad service

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I received at SPAR in Ghandi square. I walked into the store and all the queues were very long. When I finally reached the front with my items, the cashier Matshidiso informed me that her till was card only, and I had cash. I asked her why she did not communicate this to customers waiting in the long queue that she is only taking card and not cash. Instead of assisting me professionally, she gave me attitude and told me to go look for another queue. I explained that I could not stand in another long queue again as I had already been waiting, and that she should have communicated this earlier. She refused to help me, gave me attitude and called for the next customer. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional. I eventually had to be assisted by a supervisor who took me to another cashier to pay. I later returned to the store to speak to the manager about the incident, but unfortunately the manager did not assist me at all. I did not appreciate this kind of service. I am a loyal customer and I expect better customer service from SPAR. I kindly request that this matter be addressed and that cashiers be reminded to clearly indicate their payment method to avoid inconveniencing customers, and to treat customers with respect.
