General Manager Abusing Employee

Good Morning

I want to lay a formal Complaint about the General Manager at Gordon Road SuperSpar.

At around 07h00 on 15 Sept, I was doing my early morning Shopping at Gordon Road, my Favorite Spar...Unfortunately this morning my shopping was interrupted by shouting from the GM's side.

He was shouting at one of his Employees in such a way that the entire Spar was hearing what he was saying, " this employee did not have the correct shoes on...." and telling this Employee not to weep about this.

If this is the way a General Manager of a Well known store Treat's his employees, how is this person treating us the Customers ??

I was really shocked about this....I feel like this needs to be sorted out A.S.A.P or if this is the way employees get treated in front of customers then you will lose ME as a loyal customer and I will make sure this gets out to all my friends and family.

I want to know what will be done regarding this ?
