FURIOUS CUSTOMER!

Spar this is ridiculous now I have been trying to call youyr customer service for instant money for the whole day now at one point i held on for 47minutes this is so unprofessional. I was sent an instant money voucher on the 5th of November 2018 and tried to withdraw but it gave me an error message in standard bank i then went to spar itself and they said the voucher is blocked and was given a number to unblock it. The guy assisting us said he couldn't locate the voucher and we should go to the store where the money was sent (spar khayelitsha mall) and we did and the manager said we should come back after 5 days which we did and we were sent back to customer service ( ********** 639) and I have been on the phone the whole day trying to reach them and Im furious because I NEED THAT MONEY AS IN YESTERDAY! Someone contact me on ********** 838 . I am a very local customer of yours as I work close to spar and believe me I am not impressed with this service.
