Frustrated Customer

Spar 2 U service (Vorna Valley) is very horrible I placed an order, it showed within 8 Kilometers from my address and order was accepted then later was told they don't deliver in my area I should try another store...... Why does a store not in my range appear for option if I can't place an order from them? Now I am told to wait 72 hours for refund.
