Frustrated by SPAR The Orchards

My car was damaged by a shopping trolley which rolled on its own towards my parked car and broke one of the tail lights. I informed the manager of the concerned store (SPAR The Orchards, Akasia) and he promised to get the light replaced for me. After several WhatsApp conversations and promises which never materialised, I replaced the light by myself for R1 300 from an independent repairer (the lights was R2 010 at a dealership and he has a quote to that effect). I then send him the invoice but he has since decided not to respond to my countless messages. I contacted SPAR customer services and they also responded only once, asking for the details of the matter, and thereafter decided to ignore my follow up messages.
