Frustrated

I went to get take aways from Spar in Strubenvale, where i do not normally buy from as I was in the vicinity.

First of all the lady who tried to help me did not greet at all, rude and obnoxious. I took a take away menu and placed my order which she said they do not have in stock. I told her that it is very frustrating to order something and the menu is outdated as she told me they only sell 4 types of burgers, but the menu states about 10.

As I now was frustrated, I order now what she told me what they had, which I did not wanted in the first place. I went to pay and the lady came to me at the till and told me that the buns they normally serve the hamburgers on, they dont have. Now you can imagine the frustration on my face and now wanting to leave everything.

To crown this all, when I got home, my chicken was so dry it could not eat it and the hamburgers had the bun and patty with no garnish, no sauce what so ever.. As a customer you at least expect some desant food.

You will not see me there again!
