Freezers Never Work, Meat Gone Off & Empty Shelves

On Sunday, 3 February 2018, myself, my husband and his parents went to Lambton Spar to do our weekly shopping. Upon our shopping journey, we make our way to the freezer section and saw that the turkey was on special. May I add that the special was for Turkey drumsticks. I thought it would be a brilliant idea for my dogs to chew on the bone after eating the meat. I was sorely mistaken, as I saw that the meat was brown (When I say brown, I don't mean slightly brown, I mean CHOCOLATE brown). It was disgusting!!!. I then become optimistic and shrug it off. Make my way to the chicken livers section, and see the same thing with the FROZEN giblets. I make my way to your frozen isle with the fish etc and see that the shelves are practically empty. I then once again remain optimistic and make my way to your pet care isle, where i was graced with the presence of huge dry wors (I would assume this would be for dogs as it is in the same isle as the pet care products). I took one packet out in the hopes that I can give my furbabies a treat when we get home. But ALAS that was also off, it was moldy so moldy in fact, that I would NEVER even give it to a homeless person let alone my dogs. Also, last year December, we were informed that the freezers were not working and they were trying to get a contractor to sort it out. When we went there on Sunday, 3 February, you can clearly see that the freezers STILL have not been repaired, as there was cardboard all over the floors and the meat was clearly rotten. If you wanted meat you had to scrounge amongst rotten meat to get to a decent looking meat. Upon investigating as to why the Lambton SPAR has gone down, I was informed that management had changed TWICE recently!!!! TWICE!? HOW CAN YOU CHANGE MANAGEMENT TWICE IN ONE YEAR!!!?!!??????? I was also informed that if you contact the Head Office, you will get a no care attitude, and this I can quite believe, judging by just the complaints here that have not been responded to.
