I would like to bring to your attention the ********** activity experienced at Spar The Orchards. On Tuesday, 22 September 2020, I went to buy a minor top up groceries amounting to R308.82. I used my Capitec Bank card to pay for my purchases and the transaction went through with the following reference, SuperSpar Orchards GP ZA, however, the following day on 23 September 2020, at 23h:49 the same amount of R308.82 was deducted from my account with a different reference number; SUPERSPAR ORCHARDS PRETORIA NORTZAZA.

I would like to request Spar Head Office to investigate this and refund me my money as the time of the deduction clearly indicates that something is wrong with their system.
