To Whom it May Concern

I had an incident on the 4th of November at Spar Eldoradopark at around 8:44pm. Bought a few items and swiped my debit card at the till and released I was still short with 2 toothbrushes I went back to get the toothbrushes and swiped my card again at the same till. The lady by the name of Carmen Davids gave me my card back and I got into my car and left. The next morning on my way to work at 6:15am I saw my money going off my account but said to myself Carmen at Spar gave me my card how is this possible that someone withdraw cash from my account but I have my card. I took my card where I left it and only to find out I’m sitting with someone else’s card. She swopped it with one of the cards she had with her. Got to work and cancelled my card with the bank. I went to the bank to get a statement which shows my card was swiped 3 x times at Spar. The 3rd time was swiped for a plastic bag that I don’t know about. I went to the police station to report this matter. We went to Spar and report the matter but the lady was not available that day. The lady in charge confirm that they need to check the video footage to check if this indeed happened. I received a call the morning from Spar 06th confirming that the lady that assisted me took my card and swiped it at the till for a plastic bag. I went the same day to lay a charge against her. On Wednesday morning I went back to the police station to resolve this. Myself and 3 police officers went to Spar to arrest this woman. We took the video footages as proof. The bank called me back on Friday the 9th regarding my claim. They confirmed that they cannot pay me back the money the lady has ****** from me since she had my card and my pin. I don’t know if this is the owner that I called number ********** there was no answer. I than called Cleo said she was the daughter of the owner and I explained my story which she was not aware of. She than confirm that she will have her father call me back as she was not home. It’s the 15th today and I have not received any call from anyone. Since the bank said they cannot pay back the cash and since this woman doesn’t have any cash to pay me back leaves me with Spar. She’s an employee of Spar . Everything happened at Spar. I took off at work to sort out this matter. I drove around with the police to make sure this woman is behind bars. All my time spent and all I’m asking is my money that was ****** from me. If this is not sorted out by Friday 16/11/2018 close of business 17:00 I will take it further.
