Spar Ferndale deducted money from my account only to inform me once the payment had gone through that they have problems in transacting payment for utility bills.

Now that they have to refund me I am sent from pillar to post. Bunch of *****s I tell you and the Manager cared less about the transactions which should not have been sent through.

If you want not to be de*****ed, advice is to stop using SPAR - especially Ferndale SPAR. I am still sitting here with minus R 7000 from my account but my utility bill not paid.
