Foul chicken

I bought a pack of fresh chickens packed in one bag and because they were all in one bag, I re-packed them individually before freezing. To my dismay, they were far from fresh. After defrosting the first one I noticed a foul smell. I thought it was just that one. I later defrosted another one and it was worse.

At this point, I did not have the slip anymore so I called Customer Service to see how they could help. My disappointment was that since I removed the chicken from the original pack that had the bar code on, there was nothing that you guys could do. This is understandable but this was a big chunk of meat that I cannot use. There was no offer to help me with my next purchase or any sort of solution. The person who assisted me hardly even seemed interested or offered an apology.

Please correct this with your next customer. Needless to say, I will not purchase this product again.
