Foul baked goods

My son bought us some mini chocolate eclairs with the custard inside and upon biting into them they were vile. The cream has gone off!! What earth goes on these people’s minds selling such disgusting poor quality products to their customers. We have to spend our hard earned money on food that we have to throw away!! Why do these shop owners not care what they put on display for us to buy and eat? This should come to an end!! We will happily support these shops but who refunds us when we get sold rotten food? We have to spend patrol money to get to the store and complain then having to deal with unfriendly, uncooperative people!! More should be done about this injustice!!
