On Monday the 13th of November , i went to spar highlands to buy veggies for lunch i went there bought my veggies only to find that the spinach had expired it didn't have a bad taste at all no foul smell whatsoever , but it had bubbles i thought to my self it nothing , continued eating , someday in the evening i had very painful stomachaches followed by runny tummy then followed by vomiting i went to the doctors emergency rooms , he asked what i ate different from my family told him , spinach from spar lyttelton, then he said it could be . people be careful out there
