Food poisoning from mince bought from Spar

Bought mince (barcode ***) on the 30th of May 2021 and it was frozen immediately upon arriving home. Cooked a pack on Monday the 7th of June 2021, but found that the quality of the mince was poor even though it doesn't look the part. It had a sticky texture and doesn't break when fried. It even had an awkward taste and texture when cooked.

As a result I have diarrhea, sore throat, fever, nausea and stomach cramps ever since I ate this mince and I am willing to medically prove this. I still have the receipt of purchase and can demonstrate how the mince can be manipulated like clay straight from the packaging. I was really distraught, but got a prompt response from Spar upon logging an inquest and the resolution was a refund for double what the mince costs. Although Willem ***ner) was panicky and informal about the whole thing, it was resolved quickly.
