Food Poisoning from a pie

Good day<br> <br> My boyfriend was at Wartberg spar over lunch on the 30/03/2015 and he had a pepper steak pie. All was good until early hours of Tuesday morning.<br> <br> After rushing him to the doctor he was diagnosed with food poisoning, and was from the peppersteak pie that he had from this spar.<br> <br> I told them could get a doctors feedback for them if u wish. I even attached is the slip from the spar, to show what we had bought. <br> <br> When reporting it i waitimg for a responce and then had the pie companycontact me to tell me yhey wete investigating. The food poisoning happened now 10 days ago. I emailed bothcompanies on the 7th and nothing back. I emailed them early this morning and still no responce.<br> <br> I really think waitimg over 10 days is not fair and not hearing anything for 3 days afyer emailong both companies is even more pathetic. <br> <br> What is going to happen now. This is such bad customer service.
