Food poisining not acknowledged

<p>I got Salmonella food poisoning after eating a pork rib take away from Kwikspar in Observatory, Cape Town at the end of June 2016. The franchise owner did not bother to meet with me, but sent one of his managers to speak with me. I had R3,500 of medical bills from the food poisoning. 3 x doctors confirmed it was food poisoning.</p> <p>I was asked to fill in an isurance form at it was left at that. No apology, nothing. Last week I get a letter from the insurance company acepting no responibility. It is interesting to note that the last 3 x meals I ate were pork rib take aways from the same kwikspar. How the Observatory Kwikspar and their insurance company can accept no liability is a joke and beyond belief. Clearly they are taking a chance.</p> <p>My advice - DO NOT BUY TAKE AWAYS FROM KWIKSPAR OBSERVATORY. ALSO, THEIR MANAGEMENT SUCKS.</p>
