FOOD OUT OF ORDER

I am really disappointed with SPAR Waterloo, last time I complained but there was no response and again today I bought prepared chicken burgers and when I got to work burgers were rotten. Tell me one thing why your food is always not up to standard,? I am a regular customer and every time I'm in store asked for a manager no one bothers to attend to my query. Is it because I do not fight or because I'm a woman.

Good Day I would like to lodge a complain about your in store products. It is not a first time coming across the same problem. The first time this happened I did make one of your floor Managers aware of my problem but nothing much was done. I bought chicken livers and spar chicken schnitzel on the 8th of May and I opened chicken livers on the 12 and there were off,and again I opened chicken schnitzel on the 15th same thing happened. I am one person who do not complain but I think this time its really too much. The service from the staff is excellent I can not lie about it.Please check your products. Because both items had Jul 17 expiry date which means QC'S are not doing their jobs. I love spar. I do my groceries only at spar.I use Spar waterloo or Spar Winkelspruits.Another thing Please check veggies and fruit they not real appetizing. Your assistance would appreciated regarding the above matter
