Food not up to standard

Hello. The SuperSpar shopping centre in Park Rand Boksburg. They freeze the fruit and veg and put it on the shelf's early in the morning. When you go there early in the morning its still frozen or when you buy it at night the bag is full of water. All the fruit and veg doesn't last long. it really looks bad. Goods on the shelf's exceeds the expiring date egg. The cream on the Black Forest cakes was off and the cake was dry and the expiring date was only in 3 days. When i wanted to buy veggies to make pooitjie yesterday when i picked up the plastic, water came out from the side. It was smelly water. There was no fresh veggies. The carrots in the bags were white in color, that's how old it was. This happened to my parents as well. We will rather go the the Fruit *****s Market just around the corner from them next time we need something
