FOOD NOT FRESH

I purchased garlic rolls on the 19/11/2015. They were marked packed on the19/11/2015 and sell by the 19/11/2015. The hidden sticker was marked as packed on 17/11/2015 with no sell by date. I was fully aware that the rolls were marked down which was not the problem. I was extremely sick from the 2 roll I had for lunch on the 19/11/2015. After lunch i went back to the Spar and spoke to John Perreira who said that the way the sticker were put on was correct and that the rolls had a shelf life of 5 days. Why was the packed by date of the 17/11/2015 hidden and changed to 19/11/2015 giving the customer incorrect info. If it was originally packed on the 17/11/2015 and had a shelf life of 5 days why was it marked packes on 19/11/2015 and sell by19/11/2015. Why did the hidden sticker not have a sell by date on. John Perreira said he will not be doing anything about it. He clearly was not interested in the fact that i was sick from the rolls. He was not interested in what we had to say and the questions we asked.
