Flies on the food cooked and displayed at Spar

Around lunch time on 18 March 2015 I went to Spar Supermarket located at Mthatha Savoy. I saw many green flies sitting on the food displayed for customers to buy. And they were continuing selling the food even though they also could see that there are flies. I called the kitchen supervisor, Noxolo, and raised my concern with her. Her replies was that there is nothing they can do about the flies, they have tried everything to keep them away. She asked what do I expect of her to do. I then requested her to accompany me and show me the managers of the supermarket. She led me to two guys sitting in an open office next to the main entrance. Noxolo explained her bosses what the problem is an a guy named David(which i read on the name tag because he did not even bother to introduce himself or greet me) said \tell him we are looking at the problem". I introduced myself to David and explained my concern by he also said I must give him advice on what to do about the flies. Then his colleague rudely interrupted the conversation which I can't even begin to re-enact. He was so rude and undermining! He told me that the certificated of compliance from the municipality is there on the wall! """
