Flanders spar Mount Edgecombe

I went to Flanders spar Mount Edgecombe and the service was bad. I wanted to do a cash back and the lady at the till is telling me they do not do cash back when I did one there a few weeks ago. The service there was horrible and they pick and chose customers to allow in the store with their bags. They do not have a parcel counter where you can leave your handbag and they expect us to leave it outside the store on the shopping carts. This is ridiculous as anyone can pick up our bags and walk out. The staff always have a pulled-up face and they make you feel not welcome to shop there.
