Filthy Sidiba Spar

Good day, can someone please advice where do I report a Spar that is so filthy and disgusting. Every time I go to that Spar the cheese is melted, the frozen vegetables and chips are thawed. There are fly’s EVERYWHERE. The floor is ALWAYS wet and packed with cardboard boxes. I bought sausage rolls today that was off. The meat was rotten. I can not believe that Spar is keeping a shop like that open. It is disappointing and I will keep on writing emails and reporting them until something is done.
