fell on floor with NO WET FLOOR SIGNS!!!!!

I went today 6 april 2018 to Townsquare Spar in Richards bay to do some shopping. As I past by the fridges there was a card board box laying on the floor but no WET FLOOR SIGN as I was passing there I slipped and fell on the floor doing a "split" and hit my operated elbow on one of the fridges. I did tell management about it and they said that i must log a complaint. I am seeing the doctor on Wednesday to see what he can do about as i am working. If I can not work who is going to feed my family and who is to take care of the hospital bill and medication??? AS I AM TYPING THIS MY ARM IS IN SO MUCH PAIN
