Faulty seal on Jik ruins a brand new EC Towel!!!!

I bought a 3l Jik at this Spar. Upon removing it from the packet I found it dripping. ..into the packet. ..all over the stuff...it happened to drip over my brand new Egyptian cotton towel that had been laying on the floor along with other items which I had purchased 2days ago. I had no helper so the towel was out the bag...when I realised that this was the fault of the Jik wherein the seal was not secure and had dripped into the packet I did a video and immediately called the spar...spoke to Braam the Store Manager and I sent him the video on whatsapp. He then spoke to the Owner and apparently the owner advised him to escate the matter to Head Office. Braam then got back toend and advised that HOsays that "I accepted that this product was fine when I left the store. " How can that be and despite me trying to explain I was unheard...I was told to call Jik...then I was told to call HO and espite me saying to Braam to get them to call me he rep**** that they will not it is not their problem and I must take it up with JIK!! I AM utterly apalled at this ...I even made him aware that NOBODY HAD APOLOGISED or taken any accountability for this!! He just said I. Must go ahead and complain to hello Peter if I wanted to do so I did!! IEVEN SHOWED THE PROOF OF MY. PURCHASE OF THE TOWEL!! I wish for me to be reimbursed for the brand new towel that I did not even used that had Jik spilled on it because they gave me a bottle that's dripping !!! MENLO Park SPAR sucks!!!
