Fantastic customer relationship

I recently bought a house brand six pack of long life milk. When I got home I found that the bottom of the pack was drenched in milk - one or mor of the packs was leaking. I couldn't take it back due to the fact that we live a long way from that Spar. I found the pack that was leaking. However, a day later we found another pack that was bloated to the extent that it may burst. I phoned the store and the dairy manager told me that he would send a driver out to collect the left over pack and would bring a replacement pack. this took place and the packs were exchanged. This was brilliant service to travel a long distance to exchange a pack.
