False information on competition/Poor service

On the 24th April 2022 Sunday I spent more than R500 at you Silver Oaks and I used your reward card which I believe you can always retrieve other details. I was very disappointed when trying to enter your win a share of R500 000; on the lid shows 31/12 which I assumed it’s 31st December 2022. When entering the competition I received a notification the competition ended last year running from 01/09/2021 - 31/10/2021.. then became concerned with the expiry date notice it expires 20.07.2022, but I saw that this product was produced after the competition was closed on the 20th November 2021 which is misleading to customers. I attached pictures for you to make things easier regarding this complaint.
