False adverti*****t and not caring about thier customers

Hi my name is fridah Kekana contact ***,today I went to spar I bought a combo which was advertised In their special catalogue,so when the cashier scan them they were not give discount ,the cashier called the manager and she said with a rude and disturbed face and said I can void them and give discount we don't have them in the stock,but the shelves were full of stock and the special catalogue is still the on the shelves and it's still on special,I was denied my discount and I don't know y,and manager went and help the other customer as if I'm not visible ,I was embarrassed and other customers they were so shocked,pls assist I just needed to be treated fair like other customers,and the were no limited stock written in the catalogue Spar number is ***
