False advertisting

Current promotion running (in Tygerburger) from 17 - 20 August. ALL Spar, KwikSpar & SuperSpar's in the Western Cape. Item in question: 3 x 1.25 liter Liqui Fruit Assorted Sparkling Juice for only R20.00. Went to 4 stores yesterday (17/08/2017), AS usual, no stock. The Boulevard, in Woodstock, informed me that this special doesn't apply to them. I assume that them being a KwikSpar it should?? No exceptions where mentioned in the adverti*****t. Last store I went to was Kraaifontein, I asked for a rain cheque - supervisor went to the manager (Franklin) who didn't even bother to get up from his office - sent me a message that he was not giving rain cheques as your warehouse was out of stock. SURELY you know when you run promotions to ensure that you have ample stock??? Either Liqui Fruit didn't supply you with stock (I sent them an email) or the store didn't order or your distribution sucks. This is not the first experience of this sort that I have had with Spar promotions.
